The Bracklesham Barn, is a Brand New Village hall that is slap bang on the sea near Chichester. The weather is almost guaranteed to be hot and Sunny?  There are plenty of other things to occupy the most discerning good time seekers.

Chichester City boasts a huge amount of top quality shops, interesting architectural is 10 to 15 minutes away.

Rarely traffic problems unless you count the Bank holidays which usually means a queue from the A27 down to the Estate Car Park.

Our chosen Charity for this occasion is The Chestnut Tree House, based in Worthing. A more deserving Charity I find hard to imagine.
